Winemaker's Dinners
We're thrilled to announce this year's Winemaker's Dinners with Dean Lane Dining, each a five-course delight with a focus on local and seasonal ingredients thoughtfully paired with Atwater wines. You'll meet our winemakers, learn about the chefs and the passion they bring to their craft, and enjoy lively conversation with friends, all while having a panoramic view of our beautiful vineyard and Seneca Lake.
These three dinners take place on Sundays from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.

Food Truck Schedule
This summer, we are welcoming back La Monarka and are excited to introduce you to Yummy Burger!
La Monarka will be here select Saturdays through October. Be sure to stop by for some of their delicious flautas, tacos, and more from their rotating menu. They will next be here May 25th and May 26th from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m.
Yummy Burger will be joining us on Thursday nights so you can have dinner while watching our Atwater After Hours Singer-Songwriter performances. Their first evening with us will be Thursday, May 23rd from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Don't miss their food plus a rousing show from Cast Iron Cowboys!

Winemaker's Dinner at 1897 Beekman House

5:00 p.m. & 8:00 p.m.
Attention all oenophiles and gastronomes: we are excited to announce our first Winery Dinner of 2024! Featuring 6 truly unique and exceptional wines from Atwater Wine and exquisitely adventurous pairings from our good friends and neighbors at Dean Lane Dining, this dinner is the perfect way to kick off the spring. Chefs Michael and Lisa Dean are pulling out all the stops with some truly top-tier ingredients, and Atwater will be pouring a few wines which are not available in the tasting room, as well as sending members of the winemaking team to talk about their process and passion for winemaking. We are offering two seatings: one at 5pm and another at 8pm, both at $175 per ticket. Seating is limited, and available only by calling (315)412-2697. Our rooms are reserved for guests of the dinner, and will be available first come first serve, so book your dinner and your stay right away.
