Riesling 2015:

Ample aromas of tart pineapple gently waft from the glass. First sips are reminiscent of plump ripe apricot and hints of pear, finishing with soft, rounded tropical flavors. Harvested from multiple vineyard blocks (C1,S15,EW, N7) and stainless steel fermented with W15 yeast.  RESIDUAL SUGAR: 2.8% ALCOHOL: 11.5%

Dry Riesling Middle Block One 2014: 

Concentrated ripeness with racy acidity.  Crisp apple/pear notes with a palate of lemon/citrus and hints of nut oil. Sourced from our youngest Riesling block C-1 (middle block one), planted in 2006. Tank fermented with R2 yeast. Racked on December 1st and pad filtered on February 10th.  RESIDUAL SUGAR: .4%, ALCOHOL: 11.6%

Dry Riesling 2015:

Fresh, lithe, vibrant balance of acidity and fruitiness revealing hints of white peach and juicy melon. This full style is gently framed by soft mineral notes. Sourced from three of our nine Riesling blocks; North 1, South 1 and South 13. The fruit quality was excellent. Co-fermented the three blocks with R2 yeast in stainless steel tanks. 100% stainless steel, RESIDUAL SUGAR: .5%, ALCOHOL: 11.5% 

Dry Riesling Navone Vineyards 2015:

Bright and zesty, showing more mineral and spice than fruit. Flavors are rich and flinty though citrus and apple remain upfront. A delicate nuttiness rounds out the finish. Tending to the vines at Navone Vineyards’ steep site for the last 6 years, our team has worked closely with owners Josh and Lisa Navone to grow distinctive, mineral-driven Riesling. Stainless steel fermentation. RESIDUAL SUGAR: 0.3%, ALCOHOL: 11.4%
