Our Bubble Riesling 2023 is a delicately pale, yellow sparkling wine with a light effervescence that dances on your tongue. 

Created méthode champenoise, this cuvee (or blend) of Riesling, Pinot Gris, and Gewüztraminer feels opulent on the palate. Extended lees contact during the aging process creates a creamy mouthfeel and delicate bubbles. Notes of white peach, citrus fruits, and brioche. A perfect holiday sparkling wine.

The Dry Riesling Estate 2023 evokes aromas of dried chamomile, jasmine, lemon tart, and fresh cream. The palate is nicely textured with a medium body and well tamed acidity. Lemon, grapefruit, white peach, orange blossom, ginger and almonds show prominently on the palate. 

Our Grüner Veltliner Skin Ferment is a new take on the increasingly popular aromatic grape. Sourced from Fulkerson Vineyards and Atwater Estate grapes, this golden-yellow wine offers aromas and flavors of yellow apple, Bosc pear, and melon with dried nectarines, Brazil nuts, toffee, and Grüner’s classic white pepper. Skin contact and malolactic fermentation provide texture through tea-like tannins. Consider pairing with chicken Pad See Ew or veggie stir fry. 

Our 2023 Vignoles starts with healthy aromatics of honeysuckle and citrus blossom. As you sip this semi-dry wine, you’ll notice an intriguing effervescent pop on the palate alongside pineapple, mango, sumo oranges, and lime zest. A chalky minerality and dynamic acidity counterbalance the fruit.
