A classic take on New York Chardonnay. White floral aromatics are joined by notes of apple, vanilla, and almond. Full-bodied with moderate acidity, this wine aged in neutral French oak for 7 months. Consider pairing with full-bodied foods like lobster rolls, perogies, or creamy risotto. 

Crisp aromas of glazed pineapple, nut oils and frankincense. Vibrant acidity with salty mineral layers on the finish.

Notes of lemon curd topped with lime zest. A slight chalkiness and medium acidity add texture. Enjoy with seafood pho, ramen, or oysters.

Our 2023 Pétillant Naturel is a naturally sparkling blend featuring delicate, fizzy bubbles. This refreshing wine is reminiscent of a sparkling ginger peach tea with a squeeze of citrus. 

Our Riesling 2022 grapes benefited from a longer hang time on the vine despite the damp days of harvest that caused many to pick early. Harvested in early October, the result is a wine brimming with tropical and stone fruits, bright citrus with a slight pithiness. Lively acidity finds a nice balance with sugar for an extremely drinkable off-dry Riesling. Pair with spice for a refreshing palate cleanser.
