Bubble Pinot Noir Rosé
This perfectly balanced rosé Pinot Noir bubbles forth with expressive notes of strawberry and a delicious dry, cranberry finish making an ideal aperitif.
Double Gold, The Rosé Competition 2019
BLEND: 95% Pinot Noir, 5% Blaufrankisch
Machine harvested and crushed into bins for a 4 hour skin-contact soak and then pressed. The pale peach colored juice was cold settled, racked and inoculated with VIN13 yeast. After alcoholic fermentation was completed, the wine was racked and blended with 5% Blaufränkisch then force carbonated prior to bottling.
Food Pairing Notes
Dry rosés are a naturally versatile wine. Light salads, pasta and rice dishes, especially with seafood. Pair with goat cheeses, dry salami, olives and fig spreads.

My husband and I left with three bottles, but are now wishing we bought more (so I'm back virtually to do just that). Wonderfully smooth in taste. Not too sweet, which we prefer. Great with OJ, but quite amazing without it.

Shared this wonderful wine this past summer with my sister and niece. We all loved it and brought several bottles home with us. I love pinot noir wine and had never seen it presented as a sparkling wine. Wonderfully smooth and not too sweet. Just delightful!
