No city celebrates quite like New Orleans where cocktail culture is A. Thing. (Seriously, there is a whole museum dedicated to them). Chef Tyler Bowers will pay tribute to four classics with this menu populated with dishes inspired by New Orleans' most famous cocktails. Sit back, relax, and Laissez Les Bon Temps Rouler (let the good times roll). Each course will be paired with one of Atwater's delicious wines.

  • French 75: Charbroiled oyster with Cognac butter
  • Sazerac: Pasta with blackened fennel and lemony rye breadcrumbs
  • Bloody Mary: Shrimp and Andouille jambalaya  (Vegan: Plant-based sausage, no shrimp)
  • Hurricane: Passionfruit mousse with lime and pomegranate (Vegan: Passionfruit sorbet with lime and pomegranate)

Dean Lane Catering
Being owners of a 100 acre farm, bed and breakfast, and catering company, Dean Lane prides themselves on being farmers, chefs, and great hosts. Their menus were designed to take advantage of seasonal produce while introducing different cuisines and cooking styles. Preparing the menu on site and in the vineyard gives them a chance to interact with the guests and provide a higher level dining experience, and they can't wait to cook for you!

Tyler Bowers Catering
Tyler is a fervent advocate of the Finger Lakes and its rich agricultural heritage. He received his culinary training from the Western Culinary Institute in Portland, Oregon and moved back to the Finger Lakes after graduating. For five years he was sous chef at Suzanne Fine Regional Cuisine, a standard-bearer for pairing local food and wine on Seneca Lake. He also spent time at Hazelnut Kitchen in Trumansburg, NY and Commander's Palace in New Orleans as well running a private dining business during the restaurant off-season. He currently lives in Rochester with his wife and daughter.
