Notes of melon and citrus fruit appear on the nose of our Dry Riesling 2022. 25% of the grapes were whole cluster pressed and fermented in neutral French oak for 8 months on lees, adding texture to the palate alongside flavors of pear and green apple. Pair with Thai salad, duck, or Tikka Masala.

The vibrant color alongside flavors of toffee and ginger are front-facing in our 2022 Gewürztraminer. 

Our 2023 Pétillant Naturel is a naturally sparkling blend featuring delicate, fizzy bubbles. This refreshing wine is reminiscent of a sparkling ginger peach tea with a squeeze of citrus. 

Our Riesling 2022 grapes benefited from a longer hang time on the vine despite the damp days of harvest that caused many to pick early. Harvested in early October, the result is a wine brimming with tropical and stone fruits, bright citrus with a slight pithiness. Lively acidity finds a nice balance with sugar for an extremely drinkable off-dry Riesling. Pair with spice for a refreshing palate cleanser.

The Stone Bridge White 2022 is a blend featuring Vidal Blanc, Chardonnay, Cayuga White, Vignoles, and Gewürztraminer. This everyday sipper offers notes of pineapple, nectarine, and kiwi. This wine is medium-bodied with a long finish and pairs with a citrus salad, grilled chicken, or a day at the races. The name and bottle art pay tribute to the historic “Cornette’s Stone Bridge” located on the original road racing circuit that started in Watkins Glen, NY in 1948.
