We are so excited to host a pop-up for our friends Charlie and Josh of Sylvan Cider!

Charlie Treichler and Josh Jenkins of Sylvan Cider craft dry, traditional method cider and perry from wild and foraged fruit gathered along the forest edge in the Finger Lakes. Made with native yeast, hand-riddled in bottle, and rooted in the character of old apples and pears, their ciders are vibrant, textural, and quietly complex. Visit the pop-up to taste bottles that speak to place, season, and the beauty of fermentation done slowly.
