Atwater Educational Wine Tasting: Champagne & Traditional Method
Saturday, May 6
7:00 - 9:00 p.m.
Most of us love it. What separates Champagne from other sparkling wines? The answer is not as simple as a geography lesson—or is it? We will taste through several fine examples of Champagne and other “traditional method” sparkling wines as we discuss the history, legacy, and culture behind the bubbles. Featuring Atwater’s Cuveé Brut.

As elegant a grape can be, Chardonnay is an exquisite and noble gape but produces possibly the most polarizing wine of them all. We will discuss what makes chardonnay loved, hated, and often not entirely understood. Featuring Atwater’s Chardonnay.

A few tickets remain for this fun and informative interactive tasting.
The forecast calls for temperatures near 80°F through Sunday and we couldn’t be more excited for the warm, sunny weekend.
Please join us for a fun weekend at the winery with wine tastings, wine by the bottle or glass, and cheese and charcuterie boards. (Reservations for wine tastings not required but recommended.) Spend some time basking in the beautiful view or playing corn hole.
We’re open from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily. Well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome in our outdoor seating area!
