Whether you are new or an established fan, you’ll want to join winemaker George Nosis for a celebration of limited release Pét-Nat and skin-fermented white wines. Although these winemaking techniques are thousands of years old, in the past several decades they were overlooked until recently, when wineries such as Atwater began experimenting with these traditional techniques. We invite you to taste these exciting wines for yourself and learn about their intriguing production methods.
