Estate grown 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Cabernet Franc. Handpicked on October 28th, the grapes were quickly frozen than whole cluster pressed on October 31st. Each one-ton load yielded an average 65 gallons of juice. The juice was cold settled, racked and inoculated with R2 yeast. 85% tank fermented and 15% barrel fermented.

I brought 2 bottles of Fahrenheit to a party and everyone wanted to know where I got it. It went so fast I didn’t get any. This is fantastic and pairs with all desserts and nuts. You will never be sorry and you can’t go wrong with it. You will be the hit of any party. Enjoy !!
