Aromas of apricot, peach and tropical pineapple. Flavors reminiscent of dried fruit, vanilla creme and apple.
100% estate grown Chardonnay
Fermentation components include 37% on the skins, 53% in stainless and 10% barrel fermented. Each lot was fermented with different yeast (D21, D47, QA23). The skin/barrel fermented parts were aged separately in neutral French oak for 8 months.
Food Pairing Notes
We love this wine with golden roasted chicken, cream-based pastas and can complement grilled salmon quite nicely.
