This signature red variety flaunts rich, earthy tannins fused with red fruit, cherry and herbs.
North Block Six encompasses our en-tire Cabernet Franc lot, w/ vines planted in both 1998 and 2000.
Four barrel selection from the 2014 harvest. 100% malolactic fermented. Aged 9 months in 60 gallon barrels. Neutral American Oak and Hungarian oak barrels.
Bin fermented must received 1g/l tartaric acid, fermented for 8 days, pressed at dryness.

Savor this vintage with roast chickenand Anjou pears with melted blue cheese crumbles.

Nice cabernet. Tastes improve with decanting. Would recommend this wine. I think this wine would cellar well.
