Meritage 2007Pinot Noir 2008

Pinot Gris 2010

Price: $16.00

Dry and full bodied, this wine is delicately fragrant and mildly floral with flavors of pink grapefruit and ripe figs.  Try this vintage with seafood chowder, light pastas or creamy brie and smoked salmon combinations.

Pinot Gris is probably the best-known "white" variant-clone of Pinot Noir with grayish-blue fruit, accounting for its name ("gris" meaning "grey" in French) The clone of Pinot Gris grown in Italy is known as Pinot Grigio.  Deep lakes and sloping shorelines create the perfect climate for growing this intriging variety in the Finger Lakes.
