Back for a third season, our Atwater team has paired up with one of our favorite local chefs, Samantha Izzo of Simply Red's Lakeside Bistro, to invite you to enjoy an intimate evening of fine food and wines deep in the heart of our vineyards.
Chef Sam designs a menu that incorporates local, seasonal foods, brings everything but the kitchen sink into our vineyards, and prepares an amazing five-course meal, outside, nestled between the vines. Each course is perfectly paired with one of our vintages and is accompanied throughout the evening with dynamic wine commentary by one of our winemakers, engaging all involved in lively conversation throughout the evening.
