“Great wines start from great grapes” - The key to our wines are the high quality, healthy grapes we start with. We strive with each vintage to increase our knowledge to grow the best grapes possible for winemaking. Each grape variety is assessed individually; risks taken and experiments are made to create outstanding vintages from year to year.
Using simple winemaking techniques as their basis, our winemakers use not only their knowledge and technique to create our wines, but trust, ingenuity and creativity. While concentrating on viniferas, we also create unique blends that use native and hybrid grapes such as our popular Estate Red and White. Our current annual production is 8,100 cases.
